Sanjay is founder and Managing Partner at S ONE Capital, proprietary investment manager for S ONE Trust. S ONE Capital manages and is instrumental in developing strategy for its multi asset investment portfolio with investment focus on socially and environmentally driven impact investing, technology, energy transition, zero emission mobility and sustainable agriculture / agri technology. Sanjay prior to his founding of S ONE Capital was with Essar Capital where he managed proprietary fund AUM of USD 32 billion and led a team in making transformational investments, value creation and harvesting of investments in businesses spanning, energy, mobile communication, transportation, metals, and infrastructure. Sanjay has worked at J. Aron & Company (Goldman Sachs), New York and American Marine Advisors Inc. New York. Sanjay sits as an independent investment trustee on Steamship Mutual underwriting Association Trustees (Bermuda) Limited. Sanjay Mehta has bachelor’s degree from London School of Economics and master’s degree from Cass Business School, London.
