Mr. Ramee Rashid is the Director of Seamaster Maritime Group, a family-led enterprise with a growing international presence and reputation in the maritime industry. After graduating with honours from Durham University in the United Kingdom in 2009, Ramee began his career on a major Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) conversion project at Dubai Drydocks, gaining early exposure to complex maritime operations.

In 2010, he formally joined the Seamaster Maritime Group under the mentorship of his father, Mr. Rashid AlHeddi. Starting as a boarding representative, Ramee spent the next eight years working across every division of the business — from port agency and operations to offshore logistics — building a comprehensive understanding of the industry and the company’s day-to-day functions. This prepared him to take over the reins of the family group as Director in 2018.

Since then, Seamaster Maritime Group has experienced significant growth under his guidance. The company now operates across all emirates, managing a fleet of five vessels with two new-builds scheduled for delivery by the Q2 2026 — all proudly sailing under the UAE flag. In addition to fleet expansion, Seamaster has broadened its portfolio with new ventures in offshore services, further solidifying its role in the region’s maritime sector.

Ramee remains deeply committed to innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation. He has spearheaded initiatives to modernize internal systems, adopt advanced technologies, and implement environmentally responsible practices — all aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and long-term resilience.
