Charles Gardner is the Chief Operating Officer of Neutral Fuels, the leading producer and provider of biofuels in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Neutral Fuels is committed to advancing environmental sustainability by producing high-quality, low-carbon biofuels from locally sourced, waste-based raw materials. The company currently produces over 40 million litres of biodiesel annually, achieving a cumulative reduction of more than 85 million kilograms of
CO2 emissions and recycling over 30 million litres of waste cooking oil back into the circular economy.

Charles brings a deep-rooted commitment to sustainability, underpinned by his academic background in environmental sciences and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from University of Leeds, United Kingdom. His combined expertise in environmental science and transport logistics has been instrumental in accelerating the adoption of biofuels across the UAE.

With extensive experience at global industry leaders including DHL and Emirates Airlines, Charles has a strong understanding of the operational and regulatory needs of transport providers. This experience enables him to guide organisations in developing practical, effective sustainability strategies. Beyond fuel production, Charles is driven by a broader mission: supporting businesses in their transition to a lower-carbon, more sustainable future.
